This Sailor 1911 King of Pens fountain pen in Black with Gold Trim has a classic cigar-shaped design, and features a glossy black resin barrel and cap, accented with a gold-plated clip and trim. The legendary oversize Sailor bi-color 21kt gold nib comes in two options; medium or broad, each of which offers an extraordinary writing experience. The cap screws on to close, and the cap will post on the barrel when writing.
The Sailor 1911 King of Pen is the largest model in the iconic 1911 pen series, and it is comparable in size and feel to the Montblanc 149 fountain pen or the Pelikan M1000 fountain pen.
