DIAMINE BUCKS FIZZ INK AND LEONARDO DNA
Today’s feature is the Leonardo Momento Zero Magico DNA fountain pen with the Diamine Bucks Fizz chameleon ink from the green InkVent calendar. You may ask what is Chameleon ink? Here’s the word from England: Chameleon is a type of shimmer ink, the shimmer effect is much brighter than standard, and when the ink is applied to the page the color changes depending on the angle of the light, obviously the broader the nib, the better this effect will be. Diamine ink is made in England. The Leonardo pens are hand made to order in Italy with the utmost love and care. It is a true gem of a pen and this model uses bottled ink only as it is a piston filler.
The paper used for this test is a new paper that we will be carrying soon…more to come on that when our shipment of inventory arrives. We think you’ll love it as it is VERY fountain pen friendly and takes the ink beautifully. We have test pad here in the shop now so come and give it a test drive yourself.
