Introducing the Pilot Iroshizuku hotaru-bi fountain pen ink ~ The name Iroshizuku is a combination of the Japanese words Iro; 色彩 (Coloring), expressing high standards and variation of colors, and Shizuku; 雫 (Droplet), that embodies the very image of dripping water. Each ink name derives from the expressions of beautiful Japanese natural landscapes and plants, all of which contribute to the depth of each individual hue.
This gorgeous ink has been inspired by beautiful Japanese environments. Each Iroshizuku ink comes in an elegant, 50ml handblown glass bottle with a detailed dip for your fountain pen nib to rest easily in while filling.
hotaru-bi (蛍火), Light of Fireflies: inspired by the soft, light of delicate fireflies. This color is a bright chartreuse green with warm yellow hues.
This is one of the three new colors for the spring of 2022.
