The Visconti Opera Demo Carousel rose blush fountain pen has become a thrilling new addition to the Visconti family featuring the iconic Opera Collection pen design. The new release is inspired by the extravagant Palace of Versailles parties that made history for the colorful dresses, embellished party themes, and theatrical hairstyles. Visconti brings this world of sophistication and luxury to life in a “carousel” of uniquely swirled resins in 4 colors. Pink, green, blue, and red channel the extravagant high spirits that took center stage at these iconic and historic parties. Metal fittings on the Visconti Opera Demo Carousel fountain pen are finished in palladium and polished by hand.
The Visconti Opera Demo Carousel fountain pen features Visconti’s new in-house 14kt gold nib in various sizes, and Visconti’s patented double reservoir power filler system. The design also features a second ink window around the ring of the pen behind the nib, and Visconti’s patented hook-safe lock closure. The Visconti Opera Demo Carousel fountain pen also features a new demonstrator piston rod style crafted from very durable acrylic resin. The new piston rod style means the view of the ink is not disrupted when the pen is filled.
The Visconti Opera Demo Carousel stands out for its beautiful transparencies, vivid colors highlighting the “squaring of the circle” design known and loved in the Visconti Opera Pen Collection.
